1. Program Overview: We're excited to offer a referral program that rewards our customers for referring new businesses to us! For every successful referral, the referrer will receive a 10% commission on the first invoice paid by the referred business after services are rendered.

2. Eligibility Criteria: The referred business must be a new customer, and they must spend a minimum of $1,000 on our services. The referrer must either be an existing customer who has previously used our services or a professional who is familiar with our services.

3. Referral Process: To refer a business, the referrer should fill out the form on this page (located at the bottom of this page) to contact our customer service team with the name and contact information of the referred business. If a referrer wants to go above and beyond, we ask that they send a connection email to their referral on our behalf to get the conversation started ASAP (cc: info@birdseyevr.com).

4. Commission and Payment: The referrer will receive a 10% commission on the first invoice paid by the referred business after services are rendered. Commission payments will be made within 30 days of the referred business paying their invoice in full.

5. Program Promotion: We provide promotional materials, such as email templates and social media graphics, that the referrer can use to promote our services to potential referrals. We will also regularly communicate the referral program to our existing customers through email and social media. 6. Program Monitoring and Evaluation: We will track the number of referrals generated, the number of successful referrals, and the revenue generated through the program. We will also regularly evaluate the program to identify areas for improvement and optimize the program for success. Your feedback is greatly appreciated during this process. 

7. Program Optimization: Based on our monitoring and evaluation results, we may adjust the commission percentage, expand the eligibility criteria, or improve our program promotion efforts to further incentivize successful referrals at any time.
